Our lymphatic system is just as important as our heart or brain — it processes waste products and toxins; distributes hormones, immune cells, and nutrients; and helps drain excess fluid from tissues. Over the years I have developed a unique technique called Lymphatic Fusion™ — an effective combination of lymphatic drainage massage, visceral manipulation (gentle organ massage), soft tissue massage, and movement — to encourage the optimal effectiveness of this system in a simple and enjoyable way.

Lymphatic drainage has many health benefits and is a powerful tool we can use to increase vitality, boost immunity, decrease fluid retention, recover from injury or illness, and improve overall health. We often overlook the health of our breasts until they need our attention, but there are many things we can do ourselves to improve the health of the tissues, help remove fluid and toxins, release scar tissue from injury or surgery, and improve overall breast health. Our breasts, like the rest of us, are ever-changing and deserve regular self-care. While this class was founded for cancer survivors through the Oregon Cancer Foundation, it has since evolved to serve womxn in all stages of life who are eager to learn more about breast health and self lymphatic massage.
