Rates

Insurance is not currently accepted. In-office cash rate is $80 per hour, either pre-paid or at time of service. Class/workshop fees vary. We do not bill clients for regularly scheduled appointments.

Cancelling Policy

This is a small business and last minute cancellations/no-shows greatly impact our viability and ability to assist other clients. We understand that unanticipated events and illness happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but in order to keep rates affordable and in fairness to clients and therapists, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your session payable prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows & Late Arrivals

Those who either forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment without contacting us will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their missed appointment as per the cancellation policy.

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Exceptions: In case of unforeseen genuine emergencies, illness or exposure to contagious illness exceptions may be granted. Please contact Kimby directly to explain the reason for your policy exemption request. Generally, workshop/class deposits will be credited to a future class.
